I am trying to write a rexx DB2 program that does not have a cursor in it. Does anyone have an example? I looked at a fewq of the responses in this forum and only found cursors. I am on a Z/OS platform with DB2 version 7.

If you're using the standard interface then, yes, you have to use a cursor.
