Hi
Ineed some help. I have an access database which generate monthly report of employees who visit the doctor. if the person visits the doctor more than once the count is counting the employee more than once. i need it counted only once i don't want the duplicates counted please help

Try posting in one of the MS Access forums.

Forum705 for example.
