Did you finish the install, or did this error stop it and not allow you to go on?
I've got this error before whenever I've installed a new drive that is not from Sun. That is, just a drive I got at a computer store. To fix it, you need to get into the Solaris [tt]format[/tt] utility and write a valid label to the disk.
If you did install Solaris and it boots up, but you're just getting the error message, run [tt]format[/tt], select your drive, then type [tt]label[/tt].
If you didn't install Solaris, or it doesn't boot up, you'll need to connect this drive to a machine that does boot as a second disk and fix the label from there.
