I'm trying to make a thumbnail (flash format) of a 10 second clip from a flash movie. Can anyone recommend any programs or a how-to to convert the flash movie to a flash animation? I've had little success, Flash Pro 8 was able to convert but it was a huge file and the video was flipped upside down for no reason.
Another way I did it was converted it to a gif, then back to flash using Image Ready but when I export the animation, most of them I've done come out in fast motion. Any help would be appreciated.
