As an Administrator, is there a way you can have GroupWise email or notify you automatically if a user is having problems even if the user is not aware of the problem using user's FID or username and error codes ?

I haven't used it but there is a product that monitors GroupWise that claims to prevent e-mail problems before impacting users. It's called "Control For GroupWise" by IntelliReach ( I would take a look at their product. You can sign up for a demo.

As part of my nightly routine I run an Analyze Fix on all user databases as well as stats...I have been able to successfully repair a lot of problems with databases and such before the user was aware that there was a potential problem. Just a suggestion...
