HELP !!

I incorrectly entered the password one time too many, and the HP Security has locked the device.

It refuses to unlock without the security question being answered, but it will not accept the answer given, even though I know 100% that it is correct, as I wrote it down at the time.

What do I do now ?

Panic over - I wrote the password down with an Iniital Cap, but it was all lowercase to the Pocket PC.

All is now well again !
