help woth data report

hi.. is there a way to put a textbox in the data report, but that its size varies according to how much information is in the database?
for example, i have a field for some results of different exams, and sometimes they are very long, but sometimes they are very short.. is there a way to control the size in the datareport according to that?
Should i use crystal reports?
