help with xml and flash files

please refer to this current site for my cv as i am trying to make an xml file that will do what you see here (each section is separate obviously).

So I have fla and xml file but i cannot get the information to load properly where each title is separate (bold) and the description underneath it (plain text)...please help me out. i cannot get my cv to show up in a linear format as it only shows the first entry and then stops.

Change all the intended "[tt]eacute[/tt]" to "[tt]á[/tt]". And if there are anything outside ascii 0-127 characters, do the similar thing.
