Hello everyone,

Hope someone in here can help me with my problem. I have setup a test citrix server running on w2k sp2. I am able to connect from the lan side without and problems.

My problem is that I am unable to access it from WAN. This is how I have the Server-side firewall settings configured under nfuseadmin.

1. Alternate address selected
2. 192.168.1.=normal
3. server address translation map=192.168.1.51:1494=63.78.x.x:1494

I have both 1494 and 1604 ports open on the firewall, also have the firewall NAT mapping 192.168.1.51 to 63.78.x.x.

Thank you,

When you get to the NFUSE page with the Published APP. Right click on the icon and save target as. Open this saved file in notepad (hopefully it is a launch.ica file, if not you won't connect) look at the address and see if it is pointing to the right server. Did you set the altaddr on the server?
Good Luck
Steve

I agree with Rezinz28. I bet that when you properly use altaddr /set:nat_address_of_master_browser (perform at master browser) should work.

Thanks for your replys. I was still unable to get NFuse 1.7 to work over the WAN. What I ended up doing was a clean install of the OS along with Citrix and NFuse 1.6. I also created two sites, one for internal and the other for external. Whit this setup I am albe to access it both on the LAN and WAN.
