Help with VPN over DSL

I have DSL service in 2 offices, using the vendor supplied Speedstream DSL Modem/Routers. I do not have a static IP for either office. Can I create a VPN connection between these offices without a Static IP? If so, what is necessary?

You might be able to with one of those DNS names that follow your IP. Check out

with "Gateway IP Monitor" you can configure the
program to send you an email every time your IP
changes.
