help with VPN between two FVS318 netgear vpn firewall router

Help o' knowledgeable ones,
What I'm trying to do is setup a VPN tunnel between a main office and a remote office. At the remote site I have 3 computers running XP. Two of the computers are fine, but one computer is sporadic in it's connection. Sometimes I can open it fine, other times I get an error that it's not available. What am I missing?
