hey fellow director peeps......
this is my first tyime on this forum......
i am trying to attach sounds to sprites which i'm ok with but i want to control the volume attached by its possition on the stage....
i kinda want this experiment to be a way to compose sound.....
hopefully i will be abble to place several different sprites on the stage..... after working out the volume i may try to experiment with either the tempo or pitch of the sound attached to the LocH......

any help or further ideas would be a great help.....
many thanx to those who read and reply......

regards

sound(1).volume = sprite(1).locV

This will set the volume of sound channel 1 to the value of the locV of Sprite 1. In reality you'll need to manipulate the locV value to suit to the volume value (for example volume value is between 0 - 255 while locV can be any number.)
