If the installing technician was thoughtful, there should be a mailbox that has system manager priveleges. Log in to that box, follow the prompts to access sysmgr functions, 1yes2no yourself to the opening greetings. If the installing technician was not thoughtful...at the main greeting enter 632 and you should be logged in to the default system manager's box (change the password while you're there). If neither works, your installing technician is security conscious, but forgot to tell you.
The easiest way is through a terminal with a program called CoSessions for Windows (really it's just PCAnywhere).
