Help with Updating BLF List

I would assume this is a 5550 Console. Does this new one appears as a blf anywhere? Most people program a phamtom extension to manage console blf's. Old way was on a phantom 2000 per node, with phantom ext. New way is phatome ext programmed with trusted service.
