I have a remote site that all users are not receiving inbound calls. When dialing a phone the caller after a period of time gets a re-order. We have a 2911 router that has a one PRI, the interface is up with no errors The phones register to the main cluster CUCM 8.5. The infrastructure is not experiencing any problems. I checked the route plan and nothing has changed. What might be the cause of the problem.
