I have fedora core 9 with tomcat 6 installed
I can see the welcome screen when I type
I had a jsp web site with my previous employer on his server which he had tomcat 6
I want to put it on my Linux server and run it from there.

How do I add my web site from there..

I worked with tomcat 6 at my old job adding sites with the server.xml file but forgot how too now..

Right now it's the default installation of tomcat..

my ROOT folder is in /var/
I just need a little push..

my tomcat installaiton is in /opt/tomcat

I have 3 tomcat 6.0 books and I swear it's very
hard to understand.. they talk about virtual hosting..

There is only going to be 1 web site on my server..

I even tried putting my ROOT folder of my web site just for fun into /webapps/ of tomcat and it saw my site in the manager/html but it wouldn't start.

I just need a step by step instruction how to make tomcat run my site...
