can any1 tell me how to get photoshop to work after this pop up or stop the pop up from happening? it used to work but now it doesnt.not to sure why so hope that someone could help me out.i click on the button and it just shuts off me photoshop programme ?!

When you first setup PShop is asks this question.

Photoshop uses a scratch area to do much of its work, think of it as a temporary work area. Photoshop will work faster if you assign this scratch area to a hard drive other than the one that has the primary PShop software. example: have Photoshop on your C: drive and the scratch area on the D: drive.

Clicking this messagebox should not stop photoshop and if it does you may be having problems with your preferences file.

To reset your preferences to factory settings:
Hold down the [ CTRL + Alt + Shift] keys and start photoshop
If PS loads you will need to exit out and try again.

You most likely will have to try this a few times as you only have a few seconds to hit the Ctrl Alt Shift keys.

Answer the question to delete the preferences file YES

PS will rebuild the pref file to be as it was on delivery.
