Guys, i've been having these alarms in my system for some time now cant seem to get rid of them. i've even tried a hard reset and they still keep showing up. pls i need help with this.

code 269 means that your E1 is physically disconnected (Layer 1). If you don't use theses boards any longer, deprogram the trunks from the routes and the alarms will change to class 0.
