We communicate from a PC through the 8500 series sets creating an Attendant Console. We us local mode AT commands and we have noticed that there is Display information we used to receive from the switch that we no longer get. We have tested every parameter on the set to determine if the set was preventing the switch from transmitting it any longer. I was hoping that some one might be able to provide some assistance.
