Hello, I currently use QuarkXpress 7 and I have been able to successfully create a table of content that looks like this:

When................................1

But is it possible to create a paragraph style or change the Numbering format in Edit List to one that looks like the example below or even a way to do something that would help save my time from having to copy and paste the word 'Page' (for some reason(my boss!) I keep having to update the List everyday, and having to copy and paste 'Page' 300 times/change, is really tiring!)?

When................................Page 1

...indesign does do this automatically, but i can't find a way for quark to do it automatically, even quark 8...

...you can perform a "find/change" in your TOC text boxes to look for tabs (\t), which i assume cover more than one page and are linked text boxes...

...so place cursor in the TOC box, press command/apple F...

"Find what" field type:

\t

"Change to" field type:

\t Page

...so between the "\t" and "Page" you need a space and also after the word "Page" a space...

...then you can click "Change All" button...

...so long as you DON'T have the "Layout" button checked, it will ONLY change what it finds in that selected text box or boxes linked to it...
