We are currently running version 8.5 of CR and I need some assistance with our call center stats.
Right now I am running daily reports for each of our products (for example)
June 6th
Product # Inbound #Outbound Total
------- --------- --------- -----
Prod A 5 5 10
Prod B 4 4 8
Totals 9 9 18
June 7th
Product # Inbound #Outbound Total
------- --------- --------- -----
Prod A 4 4 8
Prod B 4 4 8
Totals 8 8 16
What I'm looking to do is be able to run a report specifying which days I want (ie June 6 - June 7) and be able to sum up all the information across the number of days including the Totals at the bottom. So in essence, my end report would be with the above values:
June 6 - June 7
Product # Inbound #Outbound Total
------- --------- --------- -----
Prod A 9 9 18
Prod B 8 8 16
Totals 17 17 34
I'm not sure how to better describe what I'm looking to do than the above, but if anyone has any questions, please let me know.
