Help with Submit button

I am trying to create a submit button using VB in microsoft word. Is there a code that will email me all the textboxes on a form.

for example:
If there is a text box called Name:
and a button named subimt.

If I were to click the submit button then it will email me the text in the name textbox to my email at nir.gabay@ace-ina.com.

I can use any solutions/slash suggestions.
