I am creating artwork and somehow I have accidentally added a stroke to some componants that I don't want.

I selected the componants, went to the side bar and turned oss the stroke but although the stroke disappeared from the square (had a red line through it) and in the STROKE box it didnnt show a stroke (in point size) the componants still have a stroke!

Is there some way that I can get this stroke to go away without recreating the artwork?

PLEASE HELP!

Tina

It's a little hard to diagnose from your description, but the first thing I would check is to open your layers pallette and see if you have perhaps duplicated the object. Removing the stroke from on object will not remove it from all of them. You could also try selecting on objcet that has the stroke you want to remove and then go to Select>Same>Stroke Color and then change the stroke to "none

You may have a stroke applied at group level, as well as another at the object level. Check the appearance palette to find out if this is the case.
