Hey all,

OK, here's what I want to accomplish and it seems like I'm doing something wrong because I can't do it all in one action. I end up creating three actions to get things done:

1) Open PSD
2) Flatten
3) Jump to ImageReady
4) Save As Optimized (already at 450x450) with "_LRG" added to the name in a folder called 450
5) Resize to 300 x 300
6) Save As Optimized with "_MED" added to the name in a folder called 300
7) Resize to 150 x 150
8) Save As Optimized with "_SML" added to the name in a folder called 150

Why is this so diffecult? There's got to be something I'm missing.

I've gotten it down to two adobe droplets and two automator actions. Yes, the whole process only takes a few minutes, but I'd rather have one action instread. I have it in an emailable version if you'd like to check it out.

I'm not a big user of actions but have one question, where is the action breaking down, with each save?

It's not that it's breaking down, it's that I physically can't create it. ImageReady won't save in specific folders but yet I have to optimize the images. That requires two droplets right there. Neither Photoshop or ImageReady will allow multiple tags to the ends of file names (as in _LRG and _MED) so that is the requirement for the two automator droplets.
