Help with softkeys on M3820

Hi Guys,

A simple one I'm sure, but I need help understanding the some soft keys on our M3820's. Or if anyone has a PDF that explains what softkeys do that would be ideal.

The keys in particular are:
Display
Call Redirection vs Call Forward
Call Park
