Help with SMTP log

I was going through our email logs and found this entry a few times. I was curious if someone would care to explain this to me. Is this a relay attempt or a succesful relay?
Neither the sender or the rcpt to: are from our domain. Any info would be helpfull.

The 354 followed by the 250 looks like the message went through.

hmmm...Guess I better read up some more on how to prevent relaying.

The last test 250 Queued mail for delivery.
