Help with setup of multiple FTP sites

I am trying to setup multiple FTP sites to allow clients to upload data. Under the default FTP site I have 5 virtual directories setup that work well. When I try to setup the 6 one I get to the logon screen but I keep getting the error message:

“FTP Folder Error
An error occurred opening the folder on the FTP site. Make sure you have permission to access this folder.
Details:
550/folder_name/folder_name: The system cannot find the file specified”

I have check permission and added my logon info and admin logon info and still cannot access the VD.

More Info:

OS – Windows Server 2003 SBS
FTP server – one IP Address 10.0.0.1
FTP ports – only port 21 is open (port 20 is not open on this system)
IP Address Range – 66.XXX.YYY.106 thru 66.XXX.YYY.110

Can anyone help me to create more then 5 VD’s or let me know how to setup multiple FTP sites?

Is there a limit on how many VD's I can setup under the default FTP site?
