Help with selecting a range (non-date)

I wanted to see if anyone could help with building a formula for a range.

Scenario: I am trying to qualify data with a formula that will pick out specified date ranges that have already been calculated. The data is in the format of days for a process. (Example: 2,4,12,7,14).

What I want: I am looking for a formula that will pick out all of the deals that qualify for the specified date range.
(Example: I want all deals that were complete in the 1 through 5 day range)

Any ideas?
