Have an engine that searches single and multibyte characters correctly, but the output is all garbage text. What I am looking for is filter code that will recieve a single byte character from the search output, convert it to a multibyte character so that the unicode will be correct when displaying. It's a long story and if you have any questions let me know. TIA for all your help.
