HELP! with returned distributed form, all data invisible til you click

using Acobat X Pro I created a form and used the distrubuion feature. I did the email it manually later and sent them out.
One form came back and every box appears empty until you click your mouse in the box then you can read it.
It also "adds" the data when I open the reponse data file.
Is there a way to either fix their form so we see it and print it out or import it back into a form from the reposnses file?

Or anything... I need to be able to print this and read it for formating mistakes.

I found it
export the data to a fdf then open a good form (original renamed as something else not to mess up the original) and import the fdf into the good original copy.
to export
open the file in question
In
Adode X Pro do this.
I click the these steps

1 tools menu at the top right
2 click forms
3 More options
4 Manage data
5 Export

in the new doc do same steps above except last step(5) is Import
