Help with retrieving BCM Keycodes

Hi,
Could somebody help us retrieve the keycodes from KRS. Hard drive in our BCM400 went down,we've purchased the new one and now we wolud like to enter back the keycodes.

Hey TL I have the same problem, ours is a BCM 50, Got the codes but can't get them from KRS site.

Hi Lewmar,

If you put the BCM hard drive in a standard PC you can browse the folders. You will find the key codes if you look around.

gferriott if you have the codes, why do you need KRS

I have the authorization codes to get them from the site. You have to login to the site and then the site will generate the 24 digit Key Codes. The documentation I have has the "Authorization Number Label" on it but no code.
