help with restricting extensions!

I have an 4x16 in a Daycare and the boss doesn't want rm. to rm. calling, but the boss needs to be able to call into the room or voice and page into it. How can i do this?

You can not restrict internal phone to phone calling you can only restrict sets from making outside calls .Examlpe - long distance,411,0, 1900, 1976 etc.
