Help with Report

I need a report that outputs the following data:

SERIAL NUMBER, RECEIPT NUMBER, ORDER NUMBER

Everytime I try to build this I cannot get them all to work together. I am totally ignorant on the rules of linking data and have had no luck trying.

The Receipt Number refers to the Serial Number.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

When you say Order Number do you mean Purchase Order Number?

Receipt Number refers to the serial number? in what table? Are you talking about purchase order receipt of goods history?
 
Oh and IF you are talking about purchase order then you should be using the PON file as it already contains the Purchase Order Number, Receipt Number, Item Number and Serial Number.
