Help with "VB6.exe Application Error" message

I have gotten this message when attempt to run my app,

The instruction at "0x0fadacf6" referenced memory at "0x038a05a0". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the application
Click on CANCEL to debug the application

Doesn't anyone know what is this mean? I was first thinking it was the visual app and which I reinstalled VB6, but I still get the same error. If anyone know this problem please help me. Thanks
