help with "mirror imaging" a photo

i am working with CS and am trying to make a "mirror image" of a photo. i just need to reflect it so that it is the oppisit image. can anyone help me with that? thank you!

OR... if your picture is on a layer within a document...select layer, then EDIT->TRANSFORM->FLIP HORIZONTAL
