I'm not completely new to ACM (some experience under CM5.2) but I'm confronted with something I have no experience with, yet.
So I hope you can point me into the right direction..
After a migration, we had to carrie over some existing sites with their respective settings.
Now there's a step in a vector.. (CM 6.0)
"messaging skill 1234 for extension 5678"
1.
When checking all skills, I can't find a specific skill for 1234
Aren't they listed with list skill ?
If there really is no skill for this step, will one still be able to leave a message?
2.
How do you fetch those voicemails? (I know, you can call your audix on a DITN and request your voicenumber / and, under CM5.2 we had our Message Manager). And, more importantly, how do I find out IF anybody is checking that voicemail?
Under Aura Messaging I can see a voicemail with extension 5678.´
