Help with questions about VoIP

I have a customer with 5 diffrent locations and they are looking to use VoIP for all sites. The main location has BCM 400. They are asking the following questions which i need help with. Thanks in advance.

What VoIP codec should be used? G.711, G.729, G.729B or G.723

What is the VoIP QoS setting?

Which VoIP PBX datagrams size in milliseconds? 20, 30 or 40

What type of QoS is enabled on your routers and switches?

Number of concurrent VoIP calls across WAN segment?

______# of calls
Each site's Edge Router IP Address...the private address and the SNMP community string.

But you need to be doing a network assessment on you customer network before any of those questions can be answered..

G711 best quality, most bandwith
G729 good quality, least bandwith
