I am trying to set up a publication that:
1. Reads a spreadsheet with a total population of accounts.
2. Runs a report that returns which of the accounts (step 1) had orders yesterday.
3. Runs a final report and bursts based on accounts found to have orders (step 2).

I don't want to burst based on total population, because then I'll be sending out empty emails.

Any thoughts on how this can be accomplished? The problem I'm having is that my recipient list
exported from step 2, is not refreshed when I run the publication.

My CrystalKiwi Scheduler can select the accounts that had orders yesterday, and build a bursting control file to those email addresses. Them do a bursting run with that control file. Schedule the build and burst for every day and the email will be sent. I'm sure other scheduler developers have similar approaches.
