I have a table of customer addresses. I like to be able to select which customers to print a label for (check box? maybe) and how many of each label to print.

So for Customer A I want to print 2 address labels, Cusomer B only 1 and Customer C 4 labels, etc. I hope I'm explaining this right...

Is this possible? Can anyone point me to some sample code?

It would help if you had field in your Customer table that stored the number of each label to print. Do you have this? The next best thing is to create a separate table with the Customer primary key and the number of copies. Can you create this?

Yes, I can do this, though I'm not sure why...? :) The number of labels I want/need to print will change all the time.

Do you expect to print labels for more than one customer at a time? It isn't clear if you want to select four different customers and print four different quantities or all the same quantity.

I would want to be able to print multiple labels for multiple customer at the same time.

So what I'm looking for would be a form that listed all the customers then maybe a checkbox and a text box field. If I wanted to print labels I would check the box next to a particular customer then input the number of labels I want printed for that customer.

I hope this makes sense...

If you go back to my first reply, this is what I suggested
table with the Customer primary key and the number of copies
and then you replied with:
Yes, I can do this, though I'm not sure why
Later you seemed to have come to the same solution that I first suggested:

Have you tried this? How far did you get? Do you still have questions?
