help with preloader transition

I have worked on a preloader transition that is presented as a tutorial on

I am having problems getting the final result. I am close but cannot seem to get it quite right. I believe I may be having problems with the masking. I have zipped the FLA and put it up on my website. Please take a look. Any help would be appreciated. The zip file is at this site
