Help with PrarieFyre reporting

Hi.
I need to do a report of the total number of inbound and outbout calls for one of our MCDs. We have Contact Center Client server set up and I am trying to find how to do this.
(a fricken help file would be nice..)

So I am doing a report by month and I am choosing Trunk Group Outbound Count. I am getting numbers so I am guessing that is right.
I cannot find a column that would correspont to incoming calls.

1) Is Trunk Group Outbound Count what i am looking for.
2) If one is correct what is the inbound equivlaent
3) Am I going about this all wrong?

The help files for MiContact can be found on the Server by logging on with a valid username and password ie: ipaddress of server/ccmweb
For outbound calls a trunk group report will work if you report on all the trunk groups used.
There is not one for inbound per say, as inbound reports are usually run for an employee, extension, agent, agent group, queue or queue group.
