I just got an email from ATT:

Convert the following lines to POTS with ATT

985-785-4455- Main
985-785-8855- Hunt 2
985-785-8360- Hunt 3
985-785-8291- Hunt 4
985-785-8317- Hunt 5
985-764-6528 - RCF pointing to 985-785-4455
504-565-5868 - RCF pointing to 985-785-4455

Now the cti guy is telling me just replug them the back of the card:

"The lines should be terminated into the router in the order shown below. So, port 0/0/0 on the router should correspond to 985-785-4455, etc"

But the problem is on the back of the card the ports go 3/2/1/0. I also have 2 cards. Please help. What I'm trying to figure out is what does he mean by 0/0/0?

He is talking about the position of the FXO cards in the router. 0/0/0 means Slot 0, Card 0 and Port 0. This depends on the router that you are using. Some may only be 0/0 for the Card and Port on the smaller routers. So in your case you you would have 0/0/0, 0/0/1, 0/0/2, 0/0/3, 0/1/0, 0/1/1, 0/1/2, 0/1/3. Usually the Slots, etc count right to left and are marked somewhere on the router.
