Help with Pos. Key [acd index, dst Q, agt ID] cannot be found for Pos.

I'm running Meridian Max 9.2 and have never had a problem with reporting on new queues. Recently, I added a new queue and Max is not reporting the call data properly on reports, however the data appears accurate in display mode. I checked the Max error logs and found the following occurring regularly for the new queue.

**** WARNING **** Pos. Key [acd index, dst Q, agt ID] cannot be found
for Pos. 8125: [0, 8658, 9124], msg id is 54.
PROGRAM : hdc PID : 708
TASK : HDC INCIDENT OCCURRED AT 09:36:52 24/05/2010
FUNCTION : valid_PosKeys IN MODULE : Uhdc_util.c LINE NUMBER : 449

Can anyone shed some light on what this means and how to correct it?
 
Both the ACD and CDN have report set to yes.
