Help with PIX 520 Floppy IOS and Flash

Hello Guys
Just bought a Pix 520 on Ebay.The item came with out the floppy disk that should hold the IOS.Don't know much about these Pix 520 but I guess the flash is missing as well.
What do I have to do to get this up and running,as far as getting an IOS and correct liscening.Does this item comes with a onboard flash or do I have to buy a flash module?
