help with pdssql.dll

I cant view my reports and I get this message that goes
pdssql.dll cannot be found, click to view read only report!!! Even when I click, I cannot view it, instead the application closes!!

I tried to replace the p2ssql.dll with the pdssql.dll but it couldnt help!!
Could it be a system problem or a problem of my application or seagate crystal reports?

It sounds like a missing file or something didn't register properly.

Check the Crystal Decisions knowledge base, there are many posts about this sort of error.

If you require further assistance, share details about the versions of Crystal and the database, and what this application is (VB, C++, ASP, ???).
