help with partner voice pc transfer caller id

hi i have the partner acs 509 with voice pc card do

all phone ring —- auto attendant 1 —- then press 3 to transfer to phone #18
the caller id only show before auto attendant but after auto attendant tranfer to phone #18,
on phone #18 only show transfer from voice messaging, i try to get the caller id after the auto attendant transfer but cant figure out. if anyone know anything, please share thanks

It is a limitation of the PC mail card. Once in voicemail, it transfers out saying voicemessaging as you've noticed. Nothing you can do about that with pc mail.
