Help with Overflow Group

Guys,

Hope you are well. I have taken over a Alchemy system. ( i know i may not be in the right forum sorry) Manager 2.2. Basically i know next to nothing about this gear (boss has dropped it on my lap)

What is happening is that this client has a Hunt group and they have an overfolow group as well. However if the people in the hunt group are on the phone the call does not go to the overflow group.

The following settings are on the Hunt group
Hunt Group Tab
no answer 10 secs
overflow time 10secs
ring mode group
Overflow group is set

Voicemail Tab
No settings set

fallback Tab
time profile standard
in service
night service fallback grouop is set to night

Queing
Not set

OverflowGroup
Hunt Mode
No answer 10secs
Overflow 60secs
users are in the extensions list

Voicemail
No settings

Fallback
Time profile standard
In service

Queing
Not set

I am not sure if that is enough info!!! If i can give anymore please let me know.

I think the overflow time needs to be shorter than the no answer time
 
i will give this a try any otehr reason why this might do it?

Hello Simon,

I had a similar problem here on IP406 and we had to put queing ON. That solved the problem.
