Hi,

I'm interesting in made outgoing campaigns with IPoffice.

I believe that I need to purchase the proactive dialler RFA and the CTI PRO licences. Is it ok ?

And the software is the Icontact that is part of the CCC ?

It is necessary to have the agent CCC licences for normal work, or only for make reports ?

The number of agent licenses into the CCC are the same for the iContact, or we can have more iContact people making
outgoing calls than the ccc agent licenses ?

Does the idle agent is automatically inquired to make outbonding call trough a iContact popups windows and the agent needs to accept to make this call ?

The groups of agents involved in each campaign could be freely selected for each campaign, or are fixed as the member of a hunt-group defined in the IPO.?

If an agent are logged-in but he set to disable to receive incomings groups calls, the system ask him to make outgoing calls or not ?

Any help about making outgoing campaigns will be welcomed

Thanks in advance,

Gustavo

On version 3 pro active dialler i have read that it is separate from CCC and multimedia.

On version 4 CCC it was part of multimedia (MMM).

On version 4 you need cti pro, ccc server, ccc agents licenses.

The groups used for icontact are controlled by groups of users in NT, 2000 AD etc. You assign a proactive campaign to a group of nt, ad users. Its very dependant on your domain.

In icontact the agent has 2 settings, ready and not ready (DND)
