Help with old QuarkXPress file

[Stranded]

I hope someone can give me a hand. I have an old QuarkXPress file (made on a Mac, circa 1994) I need translated to MS Word, text, HTML or PDF. (This is a software manual and I don't have QuarkXPress.)
