Help with Numbering Plan Indicator

Hello to all, I have a BCM 400 configured in Global profile and it has configured an E1 PRI trunk. We are having problems with out side calls, we can't dial, and the local Telco Company says that we are sending a NAPI 0 instead of 1 which should be for Mexico. NAPI for them is the Numbering Plan Indicator for Nortel NPI.
The value 0 that we are sending corresponds to Unknown numbering plan, and what they want is to receive a value of 1 witch stand for ISDN/Telephony (E.164/e.163).

Does any body know how to do this change in the BCM NPI?
